Our Italian inspired tagliatelle is made of spinach and has therefore the most wonderful flavour and green colour. The tagliatelle pasta is in long, thin strips which fits perfectly to a traditional Bolognese or other pasta sauces. You can also serve it all simple together with your favourite pesto or bruschetta from Nicolas Vahé or with a splash of quality oil. We recommend that your serve a piece of freshly baked bread on the side and a dust of Parmesan cheese on the top.
