This delicious specialty oil from Nicolas Vahé is extracted from high-quality truffles. The oil with white truffle comes with a fine and delicate flavour that makes it ideal for salads, risotto and pasta. We also recommend that you try it with a jacket potato or on top of a steak, fish or poultry. This oil is not recommended for cooking at high temperatures.
