PAYMENT OPTIONS

In EU countries, prices are in Euros or Swedish SEK and include 24% VAT.

Non-EU countries can order 0% VAT.

EU area company can buy VAT 0% if you have a valid VAT number. We check this VAT number is valid.

The order’s final price is displayed at the time of ordering. Please note that shipping costs will be added to the items’ price and our shipping costs vary depending of the destination.

Please also note your order may have additional customs, duties and brokerage charges depending of the destination, and these additional fees will be collected at the time of delivery. Annival Interior is not responsible for any these charges. If you are unsure of the possible additional customs, duties and brokerage charges, please contact your local authorities before placing your order.

Your order becomes binding when we receive payment of your order and dispatch the ordered good(s). After the payment, you will receive a verification of your placed order to your email address. Please keep this information saved in a case of cancelling your order or until the good(s) have arrived to you safely in a case of return.

Annival Interior reserves all rights to reject any order at its own discretion.

Payment services are provided by Paytrail, PayPal and Klarna.

Annival Interior will never save any private details of your credit or debit card.
If you wish to save your credit or debit card’s details into our online store service,
your personal information will be saved by authorized payment Institutions, Paytrail, PayPal and Klarna, regimes.
Your credit and debit card details will always be encrypted to keep you save from unauthorized parties or individuals.

Payment service providers

Paytrail

Annival Interior works together with an authorized Payment Institution, Paitrail Oyj, who works as an implementer in the payment handling service. When paying for your order, Paitrail will be shown as the recipient of payment instead of Annival Interior. Paytrail will forward your payment to us.

For domestic customers with Finnish bank accounts Paytrail offers online bank service payment transfer services in a co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institution. The service work same way as traditional online payment services.

Annival Interior is not responsible for any actions, decisions, customer service ect. regarding Paitrail Oyj’s own business management and business operation.

Klarna

Annival interior works together with e-commerce company Klarna which provides payment services for online storefronts. Klarna payment option is available for customers from the following countries:

Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, France, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and The United States.

When choosing Klarna, the customer will get their own Klarna Credit account, which is handled and provided by Klarna Credit. Customer may choose either to pay the amount will with no interest or start paying monthly minimum payments and incur interest regarding their order from Annival Interior.

Annival Interior is not responsible for any actions, decisions, customer service ect. regarding Klarna’s own business management and business operation.

All above shipping fees are fixed, covering all normal sized post packages and parcels. If your order is significantly large or requires use of a pallet, we will reserve all rights to charge any possible additional shipping cost from you. In the cases where the fixed shipping fees will not cover your order, we will contact you immediately. In the case of over-sized orders, we won’t ship the product(s) to you until we have contacted you first and gotten your permission for the delivery.

*In a case of ordering any furniture to outside of Finland, delivery costs are based on the weight of the delivery.

Annival Interior is not responsible for lost or damaged good(s), if the damage has happened during the deliver, as this the responsibility of the delivery service provider. We will choose the best delivery option for you, making sure your order reaches you the easiest and the safest way – all you need to do is to sign the delivery papers and collect your order when the delivery is ready. Annival Interior is not responsible for delays is by force majeure and we reserve the right to perform partial deliveries.

We will dispatch your order within 5 working days after receiving your payment and credit card authorization. Please mind that all additional customs, duties and brokerage charges, which may apply to your order depending of the shipment’s destination, are your responsibility.
